RCS/Speedwerx Titanium Springs Rev 440

Well in an attempt to build the ultimate freeriding machine I opted out of going with aftermarket shocks and decided to go the route of Titanium springs.  They are 10.80" long and the kit comes with some 1.75" spacer blocks in case you want to run them instead of just running the springs by themselves.

The idea of using spacers for me was to get more preload ability out of the springs and I figured them came with the kit so why not use them.  I got the chance to ride with them today and am very pleased with them.  They seem to be quite abit more plush than the steel springs and the response from them is much more aparent which i like alot.

I didn't get a chance to do a weight comparison, but overall by the feel of my hands, I would say that there is about a 3-5 lbs weight savings over the steel stock 440 springs on the 07 Rev 440. Of course this could be different from each machine to the next, but this is what I found on mine.

I would recommend using these springs for anyone wanting to light up your machine and get a little bit better feedback from your front suspension.  I like a plusher ride and these springs did just that for me.  At $430 for the kit I would say that it is well worth the money and recommend them to all who are looking for an upgrade.

Later, Jay
