 I have come up with the greatest invention to solve all of our woes....Rainmobiles! I just need help with the engineering....Any ideas?

Just gut an old 16 foot fishing boat, cut a big rectangle in the bottom and mount a high horsepower sled so the track is always in the water, fill the area around the track and let it rip. There, no need for an outboard motor!
