Here are some pictures of my newly aquired 07 REV 440 that I picked up Saturday afternoon. The sled has -0- Miles on it and I havn't even had a chance to put the belt on from the factory yet... This is my first new sled so I'm happy as can be.
I will be doing a pretty intense buildup on this one once the season starts to slow down, so I'll have more pics up later on in the winter months.
I will be just basically freeriding with this one and all mods done will be to improve the handling and small changes i'd like to make just to improve the sled to fit me. Plus some bling and custom items will be added along the way also.
Any ideas or comments are strongly welcomed.
I had it studded with 96 Stud Boys w/ Tall tapered nuts... Also a set of C&A Pro Razor Skis were installed accompanied by a set of 10" Shaper Bars. Everything is Brand spankin new!!!
Later boys!!! ~Jay

I would suggest a set of lower bend bars and a taller riser (versus the fly mini gun set up) I don't think you'll be into too many bar tricks, so you don't need the clearance of the crazy tall bend ape hangers..Go with the Windham bend you like along with a 6 or so incher...I think you'll like that alot. I'd also suggest a set of Ti springs...Anyone else have any ideas!??
Well Frank ,We'll have to see what I figure out on the bars. I really like the Carbon Fiber Fly bars that are out and possibly a set of 4in Risers to make the at stock height.
As for the springs, I am ordering a set of Ti front shock springs tonite and will be getting those probably by early next week.
Also so everyone knows, I have had Brand new C&A Razors installed along with some 10 in carbides. I have also given the guys the go ahead to installed the 96 studs for me before the weekend when i pick it up. I will be breaking it in on Saturday afternoon and early sunday. I'll have tons of picks for you guys by sunday nite or monday morning.

I did a little bit of polishing last nite on the clutch cover. I will be doing much more polishing during the week.. The picture doesn't do this polish job justice... Its like dipped chrome..
From what I understand you have to pretty much be a racer to get one. The only reason I got mine is because a semi-pro (Billy Waldoch) was injured and can't ride for the rest of the season, thus needing to get rid of his sleds. This was one that still wasn't even pulled out of the crate yet. They pulled it out, threw on some new C&A Razors and also studded it for me.

I did some polishing last nite, but didn't get to complete it within the time period I had. Here are some pics of what it looks like now. I want to go over it once more. Let me know what you think.
Well i got a few things done over the weekend. Here are the pics of it how it is. I am working on getting the graphics kits done within the next month, so the black will be broken up a bit. Before too long it will be all black and white but I need to get the graphics done first.
Here are all of the new parts installed since new.
~Black C&A Razor Skis ~Stud Boy Shaper 9 in carbides ~96 Stud Boy studs with tall nuts ~Fly Carbon Fiber Bars ~Fly 6 inch risers ~Acerbis White Handguards ~Black 440 Windshield ~Black Bumper ~Black Panels ~RCS Titanium Front Springs
Thats all for now until more parts show up. I am waiting on my Freedom axle so i can install the 8 inch wheels, but until then, i'll be look at it the way it is.
I have to go and pick up the slides tommorow or Friday and get them stuck in probably over the weekend depending on how much i get done on the yfz.
I'm also waiting on the Freedom axle to get those big wheels on the back. I plan on having that soon also and get them installed.
As for the black tail section, I need to strip the black paint and refinish it. I am very unhappy with how the gloss black looked and am going to be painting it a flat black to match the panels and other parts of the sled. I will try to get pics up soon.
Thanks, Jay
