2003 rev 440 mountain setup???


does anyone here know what i need to do to my sled to take it to the big horn mountains. Clutch weights, jets, etc.. if anyone has the setup please share it with me. thanks.

huh, no one on here even has a clue?? I would really like some help. If you have any information on 03 440's in the mountains let me know.

I wish i could help you out, but I don't really have any experience with long tracks. Try pm'ing Proxj.. He has a long tracker...

What clutch set up do you have? What other mods do you have? Someone would need to know these things to be able to help you on clutching...As a rule of thumb at WO topped out, you want to pull 8400 RPMS..Add (or remove) pin weight to get you there...
Try a longer track like a 136, but the big paddles of the sno-x track with the 121 should work well enough. I was in 4 feet of the wonderful stuff a few days ago and didn't get stuck..
For jetting, go up sizes the higher you plan to ride...The higher in elevation you go, the leaner your motor will run. HAVE FUN!!!Frank
