New Custom Axis shocks???


Check these out.. To me it looks like each shock actually share a central mounted reservior. I'm interested to see if these make the consumer market. This must definatley be something derived from Penske Racing, because to me it looks like something used in the street racing application.

Joe Byrd is using a different variation also from Custom Axis. Byrd's 07' shocks are strait out of the Penske catalog....

Its basically a remount rezzie shock with alittle different set up on the hoses and rezzie.

I see alittle thing I dont like on the shock bolt though! LOL- just being picking again. See the bolt is in backwards- I just try to put all bolts in the other way so if the nuts come loose and fall off the bolt has a better chance of not coming out.

Also see they removed some wiring and components from the 06 yfz harness or they mounted it an a different spot- just to the left of the shock you can see the empty mounts there.

What would the benefit be?? Looks like a pain to remove!
